start of KPOP

K-pop (an abbreviation of Korean pop or Korean popular music) is a musical genre consisting of electronic, hip hop, pop, rock, and R&B music originating in South Korea. In addition to music, K-pop has grown into a popular subculture among teenagers and young adults throughout Asia, resulting in widespread interest in the fashion and style of Korean idol groups and singers.

Through the presence of Facebook fan pages, availability on iTunes, Twitter profiles, and music videos on YouTube, the ability of K-pop to reach a previously inaccessible audience via the Internet is driving a paradigm shift in the exposure and popularity of the genre.

2PM is a South Korean boy band, originally a seven-member group, but currently consisting of six members due to the sudden contract termination of leader Jaebeom following an Internet controversy in September 2009. They are managed by JYP Entertainment. The current members are Junsu, Junho, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung and Chansung.

2PM is one of the two subgroups branched out from the eleven-member (before Jaebeom’s departure) boy band One Day, the other being 2AM. They debuted with the song “10 Jeom Manjeome 10 Jeom” (10점 만점에 10점, lit. 10 Points Out of 10 Points), which showcased their acrobatic dance styles. They achieved their first No. 1 song with “Again & Again”.

The members of 2PM all auditioned (except Nichkhun, who was scouted[3]) to become part of JYP Entertainment, to which the Wonder Girls & 2AM also belong. Some members held their auditions in other countries; for example, Park Jaebeom auditioned in the United States. Other members already had experience in the entertainment industry prior to their acceptance into JYP Entertainment, such as Kim Junsu, who had won various singing competitions, and Ok Taecyeon, Lee Junho and Hwang Chansung, who had participated in the show ‘SuperStar Survival’.

2PM’s and 2AM‘s training days were filmed in a documentary called Hot Blood Men, which aired on Mnet. The show documented the time by time training program of the JYP trainees who were to be part of the group “One Day”, as well as the elimination of three trainees from the group during the time.

The members of 2NE1 have all cited different influences. Park Bom, lead vocalist, cited American singers Beyoncé and Mariah Carey as her main influences because of their strong vocals and powerful performances. She has listed hip hop and R&B as her favorite music genres.Youngest member Minzy cited famous entertainer Michael Jackson, while leader CL said producer Teddy Park and American entertainers Madonna and Lauryn Hill are her role models.Dara states that singer Uhm Jung Hwa is her inspiration.

They won their first Mutizen at Inkigayo on February 7, 2010 with “Can’t Let You Go Even If I Die“.

Along with the members of 2PM, 2AM appeared on the documentary Hot Blood that was aired on Mnet, documented their rigorous training program of their pre-debut days. Changmin was the only member of One Day to not appear in the documentary because he was serving in the military at that time. Initially, Jinwoon was eliminated on Hot Blood, but he ended up in 2AM due to Daehun’s withdrawal from JYPE. Jo Kwon trained for 2567 days, 10 days past 7 years after joining JYPE.

OJT experience (essay – example)

I am Chen C. Perante, a fourth year student taking Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. As I make my way to last semester of my year in college, I am required to take On-the-job training in a host training establishment for preparation in working in real world after school. I am interning at a steel construction company called Amsteel Structures, Incorporated. It is a company constructing different steel work assignments both for industrial and residential services. I started my on-the-job training at Amsteel on October 21, 2013 and assigned to work with Accounting Department. I started in accounts receivable and supervised by Ms. Clemen Cenina an accountant under Mrs. Linda Casco, accounting manager. On my first day I was very nervous on what will happen in working there but the people I have worked with made it very enjoying. I have experience a lot of accounting works like bookkeeping , monthly accounts preparation, year-end preview, payroll, filing, sorting of files,  disbursements and etc. I can say that Ms. Cenina thought me a lot. Under her supervision I’ve learned bunch of things and developed character at workplace. In terms of awareness in the field of accounting at Amsteel, each employee’s engagements are to be performed by having competence in analytical approach and process, and in technical subject matter under consideration. Due professional care must be exercised at all times. Employees must exercise competence and utmost care from the date the engagement is being negotiated with the client. It involves diligence and appropriate attention in carrying assignments.

In my working at a construction company is very challenging but fun because they acquire a lot of working assignments both in long term and short term bases. I have practiced a lot of my accounting skills more on Advance accounting because of project billing and ventures. And also in cost accounting because it involves a lot of inventories in materials, labors and other material expenses incurred. The host training establishments like Amsteel Structures, Inc. gives a lot of opportunities to new graduates and new entrants because they offer them good working environment. Working with Amsteel is such a journey. All OJTs had experienced different things in working in a real world.

I have developed as a trainee to follow strictly on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. Ask question, if required, to clarify your understanding about things and this prevent you for incurring errors. I can say that I gained to work effectively and competently in the organization. I improve my self confidence in socializing to people. I have the initiative in doing something. I’ve learned to be flexible, because culture is always changing, thus impacting the business model and corporate culture as well. In my 250 hours of OJT I can say that the course I enrolled is exactly where I want and I will probably stay in this profession for as long job opportunities are present.

With the education I have imparted by NCBA, I see myself 5 years from now to be a smart, responsible and independent woman  in a stable job, holding a accountable position in a respectable company who value my existence and will work in much better way, because of well known conditions, and settled atmosphere, which helps to the growth of the organization. I will be an asset to the company which I work with. I see myself socializing to my co-workers. Having a strong academic knowledge given by NCBA I see myself fulfilling my dreams in the future.

As I entered college I am prepared that one day I will be working in the real world. So after taking this on-the-job training I am assuring myself that this will help me in my future job. I know that 250 hours is not enough to fully understand the real situation in working in real world but I am sure that I can cope up easily and flexibly to whatever my future job will be. I am grateful that I will be entering a new chapter in my life after OJT and graduation. I am excited on what will happen next.

* Competitors, Potential Substitutes and Potential Entrants
Potential competitors are not limited to the firms considering offering exactly the same or differential products or services; substitutes to the existing products and services are also potential threat.
* Buyers and Suppliers
The competitive situation of the business is influenced by the nature of its transactions with its buyers and suppliers.
* Governmental Intervention / Generic Acts of 1988
There are governmental institutions that as a component of the general environment, affect not only one industry.

CONCLUSION If there is a time constraint for drafting a policy due to the need to take advantage of a favourable political climate for its adoption, it may be best to introduce an interim measure which can later be refined through more extensive consultation. Consultations should build the capacity of local communities to make informed decisions and allow them to discuss the issues amongst themselves before they provide a response. They should also be facilitated by people who are trusted by the community, and conducted in accordance with community decision making processes.

I am sort of feeling alone today, so I tap a little details of my self here on my blog.

I am Chen, 19 years old and a student. I love watching, listening to sort of music but I prefer mostly country pop, my favorite artist is Taylor Swift as you can see on my old post. I am the youngest among my siblings.

I am sort of a daydreamer.. hahaha just like anybody else. I am a sister, aunt, cousin, friend, neighbor and human to people. I used to be fascinated about outer space “thing” like NASA, but i guess that wasn’t for me.

People who don’t know me think i am shy, strange and hard to go with. My Friends think i am totally insane… sort of..
Me being a friend?, maybe i’m a  possessive, loving, caring, and soft friend. I sometimes get easily jealous about others maybe because i’m too possessive?–kinda?.

I like eating sweets specially chocolate and that explain my size.. hahaha 🙂 I love filipino dishes like adobo, sinigang, menudo and etc.

check me out..
comment below if you wanna know something else about me 🙂

Red is the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. It was released on October 22, 2012 through Big Machine Records, as the follow-up to her commercially successful 2010 album Speak Now.[8] It was announced through Swift’s live webchat on August 13, 2012, in which she revealed the album title, album cover, as well as answered fan questions. Four promotional singles were released in the month leading up to the album release, three of which debuted inside the top ten of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The album features collaborations with new producers and guest artists such as Gary Lightbody and Ed Sheeran, and sees Swift experimenting with new musical genres.

The album’s lead single, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” was a worldwide commercial success, topping the iTunes charts all over the world and sold 623,000 copies in the first week, becoming Swift’s first ever Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper after vaulting from 72 to number one and stayed atop for three weeks. The second single, “Begin Again” was released in October 1. “I Knew You Were Trouble.” was released as the third official single (promoted, like “Begin Again,” from promotional single status) on November 11.

Red has also spawned three other promotional singles, all of them reached top 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Red has been mostly acclaimed by music critics, who praised Swift’s versatility as a musician and enjoyed her experiments with new music genres. Red sold 1,208,000 copies in its first week in the U.S, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, and scored the highest number one debut in the US for the 2010s decade so far.[9] Red is also Swift’s first chart-topper in the U.K., and also topped the album charts in Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand. The album sold 1.89 million copies in its first three weeks, thus superseding One Direction’s Up All Night as the second biggest selling album of the year in the U.S.
